Return and Refund Policy

Ja'Dore is a high-end sneaker produced in Italy. We do not offer refunds for products. We have an intense process to ensure the quality of each shoe that's ordered. We do not keep inventory on hand to prevent sneaks from deteriorating. We make the sneaks to order. Once the sneaks ship from Italy, they will be inspected at the JaDore Headquarters to ensure quality, and then we ship them to the customer. This process takes 30 days or less to receive. 

Once demand picks up, we will change our order process to something more efficient.
